My real estate career started in 1976, with Sol Needles Real Estate as a Realtor Associate.
Since that time I received a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. In next few years I advanced my
Appraisal licenses up to the highest designation that being NJ State General Certified. In the mid 80’s I
completed my Brokers courses and became a licensed real estate Broker. In 1997 I opened my first Real Estate
office in Cape May and a few years later a second office in Wildwood.
From my vast experiences in real estate I know Cape May County like the back of my hand being familiar with market
trends and real estate values. I am sure I can help you in any of your real estate activities.
I live with my wife Christine of 20 years in North Cape May on Delaware Bay and have seen the most spectacular
Sunsets in the World. Together we have 3 children and 4 Grand children and one dog named Sophie.
